All prices are per room per night and include a full English breakfast.

If you would like to make a booking we will ask you to leave your credit card number as security for the booking.   Payment is due upon arrival which may be in cash or by credit card.  There is no handling fee for cards.  Companies booking for their employees should confirm by fax and an invoice can be sent on request.

Cancellation policy

We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract.  Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged if we are unable to re-let the room.  If after arrival, guests check out before the end of the agreed period of booking, a refund can only be made for the days that the room is re-let.

A convenient arrival time would be between 5 - 7pm but arrangements will be made to accommodate other times if you let us know.
